Need to Work Around Work

Hey guys. Friday, nothing got done, Saturday was spent either working, sleeping, or picking up gifts for my mom for mother's day. Even though the ride got closed down due to wind. The same case today. So if today isn't spent doing something with my mom, it'll be spent trying to get things done. I got a lot to catch up on Japanese Studying/Homework and Computer literacy Homework, after that, I'll be waiting for the semester to end.

I'll be editing my Kick Ass review to include more.

**Warning the following review may contain spoilers, I always do my best but I have to comment on somethings**

This was the last project by Heath Ledger before he died. Infact died during production. So Johnny Deep, Jude Law, and Colin Farrell agreed to go onto the project and a clever rewrite had Tony's apperance change each time he went through. ~ Trivia from IMDB.com

The basis of this plot is that a man has at some point during is multi-thousand year life, made a deal with the devil that involves his daughter at her birthday of 16 belonging to him. Of course, the devil can't help himself but make this interesting in a game. He places a wager with the old man that if he can beat him to 5 souls by his daughter's birthday, she'll be able to stay with her father. This is all in the dark to the daughter until near the end. Infact, the daughter has had enough of the gypsy/traveling theater life and longs for a 'free' world in the modern world.

Despite being the main character, Heath's role is no more then to bring the man 4 out 5 souls quickly, the love interest of the daughter along with her childhood friend, and a mysterious past we never learn on whether or not it's true. One the one hand, he seems to be all looks, on the other hand, it's hard to imagine a charity man would ever do such a thing. I'll leave you to watch the movie to find out what that is.

If there's one flaw to this well written, well acted, well edited, and well made in general movie that I highly recommend, it's that it is also highly confusing. By the end I was about as lost as my friend who I was explaining things to while we were watching it at her house. The ending is massively confusing and depressing. But don't ever ever let that detour you from the last movie from the talented Heath Ledger and the supporting cast of friends.

We'll miss you Heath Ledger. You died too young!
