Hey guys. Well, yesterday could have gone better.

What got done: Reading Book, Library Book 1-5.

There was a lot I wanted to get done before bed last night that I didn't get to finish, not the least of which was going through all my fabric which is about half way done. Which I'm glad I'm doing it cause I never realized how much fabric I had that I don't foresee me using anytime soon, and I needed more things to put out for the Flea Market. I was getting worried I wouldn't even make rent with what i currently have.




Ok, let me start off by saying, unlike the last two books I reviewed where one I didn't care for and one was kind of meh, I, Loved, This, Book. I actually plan on buying this book once I get on a regular paycheck. This is a book about meditation, minus and sort of religious overtones one might fear. Readers of my blog might have noticed a particularly lengthy post not to long ago about why people may fear meditation, this is the book that inspired that post. I don't think I need to go on and on about the health benefits of meditation so I'll simply say this book is a great read. It gives exercises, talks about his experience training as a monk (not for everyone), cases he's worked with, and how meditation improved a lot of things. And if you're not interested in reading a book or want something in conjunction with it, he even has a website at getsomeheadspace.com.

I highly recommend this book if anyone wants to get into the art of meditation. Whether you buy it right away or rent it first. I know I'm buying it next!
